THE GOLF BALL CAN TAKE ONE OF NINE BALL FLIGHTS
These ball flights exclude the topped or skied shots.

Straight
Straight to Right (Fade), Straight, Straight to Left (Draw)

The ball starts RIGHT (Push).
The golf ball will start to the RIGHT of the target if the clubhead comes into the impact zone from the inside (under the swing plane).

It will then move to the right if the clubface is open and remains open to the start line through ball separation.
It will then go straight if the clubface has closed to square to the start line at ball separation.
It will then go left if the clubface has closed past square to the start line at ball separation.

The ball starts STRAIGHT.
The golf ball will start STRAIGHT at the target if the clubhead comes into the impact zone on plane.

It will then move to the right if the clubface is open and remains open to the target line through ball separation.
It will then go straight if the clubface has closed to square to the target line at ball separation.
It will then go left if the clubface has closed past square to the target line at ball separation.

The ball starts LEFT (Pull).
The golf ball will start LEFT of the target if the clubhead comes into the impact zone from the outside (above the swing plane).

It will then move to the right if the clubface is open and remains open to the start line through ball separation.
It will then go straight if the clubface has closed to square to the start line at ball separation.
It will then go left if the clubface has closed past square to the start line at ball separation.
